■ have a purpose built training centre in our new head office for accessible and centralised training.
■ create bespoke development plans for all our staff enabling them to progress and improve at their own pace.

■ provide mandatory training and also offer courses including SMART whiteboards, Paediatric First Aid, Behaviour Management, Safeguarding and much more.
